Amazing hotel. The service was fantastic. Youssef Shabaan has been a hero. I love my football and so does he and he makes sure I don’t miss a minute of it on the TV. He takes great pride in his job and Amarante are lucky to have him.
Great hotel with an amazing pool in the heart of Giza. 10/10.

Hotel is in a poor state and has been neglected. Rooms need refurbishment and attention as you will see from pictures. The pool loungers are in an awful state, pigeons everywhere in the pool area. The staff are only attentive if you tip them. Disappointed due to the price paid, we would not stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our check-in process was very quick, and we were immediately settled into our room. While we were wondering what to eat, a staff member suggested we could have a meal at the hotel restaurant for a reasonable price, so we went. The food was delicious, and the restaurant manager welcomed and saw us off very nicely. Thank you very much!

First and foremost location is great if you would like to visit the pyramids? Staff and the service that they provided was excellent!
The food was also great 😌 being a typical Brit I tired there fish and chips! And again the fish with its crisp batter was great.
The swimming pool area was superb 👌🏽
Another great thing was I got chatting to the Guest Manager lovely person and she mentioned this hotel has been over a century ago and then some, the original owner was an actor again from a couple of generations back.
If you want great service from good people and kindness shown towards you? Book it but again if I might add, the bedroom decor may not be for everyone, but the staff overpowered this

I’m giving it a 2 star because the room that we were given was not very fun the reason is that the ac didn’t work, the water didn’t drained in the bathroom and the wifi was connecting and disconnecting on its own and it shows no internet access almost everytime. Though they offered us a room change but we didn’t cause we were visiting tourist places and we were very tired and we didn’t even had time. The service is good. The scenery is just as beautiful as it gets and the room, it didn’t have enough lightning. And all other things were great. The main highlight was the swimming pool.There is a ver very very small chance that i might visit here again.
