It was a horrible experience. I had an Nile view room pad was super dirty. I asked them to clean it, but they told me that the room service is not working right now. Also, we faced a payment issue after we paid for two nights cash as the Receptian refuse to receive visa or instapay he claimed that we paid him the half amount and he claimed that after four hours from receiving the money

The hotel has a fantastic location overlooking the Nile.The Hotel staff are very nice and always cheerful and happy.The restaurant has simple home cooked style good fresh food.For me that grew up in the early 60 this Hotel is a Palace,old World charm.Its clean beds are great linen and towels spotless clean.Fantastic balconyies over the Nile.

I’m from Canada and it is my first time here. This hotel should be rated much higher. It provides an excellent service, great food, a great location, and a fantastic view of the Nile. In fact, it’s right on the Nile corniche, and… 24/7 open kitchen to boot. I had absolutely no problem. I certainly will be back. Clean, affordable, and great staff👍👍👍👍👍

Very clean and neat and beautiful. The hotel’s food was good also. Nice view of the lake from all sides but very noisy too with music blasting day and night. The best part is the pizza restaurant under, best pizza I’ve ever ate at Egypt.
