PLEASE RUN FAR FAR AWAY – See pictures
I would give negative stars if I could.
The owner has a few properties managed by a few young ladies (university students). The apartment you are assigned to is really luck of the draw. I was given a very run down apartment – broken, ripped, and stained furniture, moldy (furry!) walls, peeling tub, non functioning stove, washing machine with no water.. Of course no WiFi… Apartment is not in a state fit for rental. It was extremely exasperating as communication was poor with the lady because she was having exams!!!
I was later told by the lady that all the other apartments are occupied, and she will try to switch me to a better apartment the following day. I suspect the owner double-books his properties and whoever unlucky gets the rundown properties. I cancelled and lodged a complaint with the booking platform and got a refund.
Look at the pictures and do yourself a favor and run far away from this property. It is disgusting. No paying customer should spend precious holiday time fixing accommodation issues, switching apartments etc..
Is this dishonesty – false advertising / fraud? These properties should be barred from all booking platforms.

It was a terrible experience, I didn’t enjoy it at all. We couldn’t sleep because the mosquitoes were swarming us. The sheets weren’t clean, like they’d been made ages ago and hadn’t been changed. The kitchen was completely empty, not even basic drinks. I’ve been to many places in much better areas and at much lower prices, and I always found plenty of food and drinks available. But this apartment is a real rip-off and isn’t worth more than 500 Egyptian pounds, even that would be too much. The only problem is the location, and that’s where they exploit people. I felt like I threw my money away and wasn’t comfortable at all. Even the TV wasn’t working. 1300 pounds a night and they can’t even clean the place properly or provide basic amenities in the bathroom or the apartment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they want to throw their money away and make themselves miserable.
