I stayed there in mid-June 2026 for 6 days. The staff, in particular the manager Mostafa Bey, were very kind and helpful. They helped me with every aspect of my trip and were kind throughout. This is so important because you can have all sorts of questions and issues during your travel. The location is also amazing. The rooms are cute and adequate for this budget. Overall, I really loved staying in this hotel, and if I ever visit Cairo again, I will stay at Eileen Hotel. You don’t need to pay more, as Eileen will meet all your basic expectations. There might be some problems such as internet, but the staff really help you to address those issues. I saw almost all customers leaving the hotel with gratitude. I am also very grateful!

Room and location is perfect! In the middle of the city and everything is walkable. Breakfast is a big outdated and could do a update. There was a lot of noice in the night mostly because of stuff going on in the hotel. That could improve. But a perfect stay in the middle of Caire for sure! Recommend!

The Eileen Hotel is extremely well located in downtown Cairo. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby, it is close to transport links and taxis are available all the time. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is varied and tasty and the rooms are clean. WiFi works well. The place is full of character and very good value. I would come back here on my next visit.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is excellent—within walking distance of Tahrir Square and the Mohamed Naguib Metro Station. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hair dryer and electric kettle provided.
The breakfast buffet was very good.with variety of foods. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

first night and time in cairo and left with very good experience. we arrived at 12 pm but they have 24h open reception. very friendly people always open to help. the first night they made us an free upgrade to a better room. breakfast is not sooo variate but has everything you need. they also make fresh omelette. they also let us get breakfast at 3am when we were leaving for the airport. also kept our luggage earlier that check-in. rooms normal size and clean. has everything you need at reasonable price. we will for sure come back, they helped us get a good experience.
