Upon arrival at the hotel, they claimed there were problems with the room I’d booked and tried to move me to another hotel. The situation is even more bizarre because they responded to my inquiry about luggage storage at 2 a.m. and didn’t mention any issues. Judging by Google reviews and ratings on Booking.com, this seems to be their standard practice.

We had a reservation for Lighthouse hotel and on the day of arrival they changed us here. Room was dirty and not as nice as the one advertised at Lighthouse. We did not stay here, and atleast the man at the reception accepted this (after trying to make us pay half though). I give this place 1 star for being involved in this scam-behavior! Do better!

Don’t be fooled by appearances; the entrance to the old building is deceiving. The hotel consists of a few modern, well-equipped, and clean rooms, and is very well located. The welcome was perfect.
