Very bad hotel, dirty, rooms has no services as mentioned, broken AC.

Dirty place and not follow hygiene in cooking food or servicing.
Waiters very dirty.
Even microwave machine its garbage.

No even 1 star. Actually this is not a Hotel. This is apartments for local people when you come they will move for you to take your money. I have never seen room dirty like this. What you see in the pictures is not exist, they give us different room with sharing bathroom. The guys in the reception are smoking all the time. No service No WiFi. Staff very rude. Never ever come again.
المكان مايستاهل ولا نجمة واساس ليس فندق ساكنين فيه مصارية وقمة في القذارة عمال الاستقبال يدخنون على طول والغرف جدا جدا قذرة التعامل سيئ جداً مافي اي خدمات ولا واي فاي. اكتبلك من الاخير لو ببلاش لاتجيه

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Unprofessional staff with rude behaviour. No where in Egypt I saw mosquito except this hotel. They do not expect Card payment. Bed smell at room. Too much room rent considering the poor quality. Very old lifts, you will certainly avoid to go by this lift. Poor breakfast. Staffs will not tell you this complementary breakfast. I noticed it on my second day. Wifi also not working. I would recommend to stay at road instead of this hotel. Ministry of Egypt, please revoke its one star. I have stayed 2 days there. They never change the bedsheet. Even I guess they use the same beedsheet of earlier guest for me.
