The place is full of insects and noisy because of the boats, the air conditioning is bad, and the electricity keeps going out.

A beautiful, wonderful, and excellent hotel. The staff are extremely respectful. The view of the Nile and the Pyramids is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is the best in Cairo.
My room has a large balcony overlooking the Nile and the Pyramids.
The hotel entrance is shared with the building’s residents, as the hotel is located on floors 31 through 50. The reception is on the 31st floor.
The hotel’s lower entrance is very poor and disorganized, but the hotel itself is fantastic.

A four-star hotel in terms of the entrance, reception, and breakfast, but honestly, the room and view deserve seven stars. It was the first time I’d seen the Nile and the pyramids from just one balcony—a truly breathtaking view.
The service was excellent for the price paid. 👌🏼👍🏼

Unfortunately, the heating in my room isn’t working, and they kept lying about fixing it or replacing the room. I’ve been talking to reception for two days, and each one of them is lying even more than the last.
