Mazeej Balad Hotel is an excellent place. Everything is modern and well maintained, from the rooms to the restaurant. The food is high quality, the service is professional, and the staff are very attentive and caring with guests. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt who is looking for peace, luxury, and beautiful views of historic Downtown Cairo.

A total must-visit in Cairo—don’t even think about skipping it. Easily one of the best spots we’ve been to. The food is excellent, the views are stunning, and the service is top-tier. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Special shoutout to Mario—he’s amazing. Mixed Experience
The venue itself is beautiful, and the gentleman at the main entrance downstairs was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop was disappointing due to the receptionist’s rude and patronizing attitude. While I understood the policy regarding children, suggesting a “cheaper café” afterward was offensive and unprofessional. This behavior falls far below acceptable hospitality standards.

This boutique hotel really elevated our experience in Cairo. The rooms were beautifully designed, unique and well thought out. The staff truly made the experience for us; Omar was the best! He was friendly, attentive and just a treat to be around! He really went above and beyond for us, would come back just for him! Special shout out to Abdur Rahman who also was super friendly and great to chat to! The doormen and the hotel cleaning staff were also just the kindest people! The staff also got me a birthday cake which was the nicest little surprise!This was an experience like no other; I will definitely be returning!
