Unfortunately, the place has become very bad.

I had my daughter’s amulet read there, and there were 52 of us. Afterwards, I invited some people from work. Honestly, the management and staff were good; there was organization. But the food, I wouldn’t say it was bad, just not the quantity or quality I was looking for. All of that changed until Saturday, the fourth day of Eid. I booked a trip for myself, my wife, and my son at 10:00 AM. Honestly, there were so many people; it wasn’t possible for all of them to be there at once. Anyway, we went into the smallest hall and sat waiting. We were surprised when the buffet opened without us knowing. We saw people crowding around, so we decided to wait. When we got to the buffet, it was all gone. What?! They brought some Korean food, and it was gone! My wife, son, and I had no food. What was we supposed to do?
That’s when I started to realize there was no organization. I went into the kitchen. I found the big shots had taken the food and hidden it away for themselves. The grilled chicken and the petit fours were also hidden away. I went in and asked them for it. Hey,
I only got one box for the whole hall! Those guys… they’re carrying the food for themselves while we’re standing here like beggars with our plates waiting for handouts, you guys…
Of course, not one of them tried to contact me after I went down and complained to Mr. Ahmed at reception.
After I complained to the hall manager, unfortunately, they all just pursed their lips and said, “Unfortunately, this is how things are.” What did I do to deserve this? What do I care about people’s behavior? What do I care about a ship that had a problem and then had its passengers distributed to the ship I had booked on? Did I go for free? Did I apply for food assistance? I wish someone would contact me. I wish a man from management would talk to me. May God punish you!

Worst food ever got food poisoning. And they r not honest about their menu . They sent us a menu and when we arrived the served us something different with a very low quality even the food presentation was disgusting . Dont go there u will lose ur mony and health
