The hotel is close to the center and you are able to walk in 15-20 min to the Egyptian museum and some other attractions. The rooms were clean and relaxing. We were close to reception and the Internet connection worked well during the time we were in.
The staff was lovely at reception and the breakfast was amazing as well (it looked pretty simple at first sight, but then we discovered the fresh omelet and other things. You get a kettle in the room and a few tea bags, but no bottles of water like in other places around the country.
There is a car park on the premises but is hard to locate it when first arriving, so we ended up in a local car park by the buildings nearby.
Depending on the floor of your stay, you might have a different view of the Nile. The great part is that you have a close balcony where you can stay and relax watching the craziness of the city. You will hear the traffic in night, but not sure to say what is noisier the traffic or the aircon 😅

One word that can precisely describe this place garbage!!!
Not clean (bed was full of hair and you can see a lot of stains over the sheet and surfaces).

I have been traveling a lot during last years and probably this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I made two reservations, one for my stay in Cairo at the beginning of the trip and another one for my stay at the end of the trip, after flying back from Aswan to Cairo
Let’s start with the first reservation. I arrived at late night from the flight (at about 3 am) so I didn’t realize that even though I booked a “room with terrace and views over the Nile”, I got a small room with a window with a better don’t look view (see picture attached). Additionally, there are things broken in the room (see picture attached) and the aircon could not be more noisy. The breakfast is totally forgettable, very random and poor quality.
Second reservation. I arrived and it seems the room is not prepared, so I had to wait like 20 minutes to get a room. This time I got a room with a terrace as stated in the booking, but things broken again (see pictures) and internet completely down for more than two hours (meaning no wifi). During this circumstances, the hotel did not even apologize to customers…
Finally, there is no indication on how to get there. Is inside an apartment building and you have to go to the second floor, but you just have to work it out by your own because anything is said anywhere.
Taking into account the price they charge (that in Egypt is quite a lot of money) the standards of this hotel are very very poor. You better choose other alternatives, you cannot be more wrong than that!!
