The perfume counter that is next to Bvlgari is a garbage company. They sold me a completely fake Gucci Guilty perfume for 5000£ after gaslighting me into thinking I disrespected him by asking if the perfumes were real. Someone should remove that kiosk from such a high end hotel. Its gross.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The First Mall, which allows a store called Zig Zag to mislead customers.

The store manager explicitly guaranteed that the bed sheets I purchased were 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton. This statement was false. After use and verification, the product clearly has no more than 300 thread count and does not correspond to what was sold to me.

This is misrepresentation and consumer deception. A luxury shopping centre such as The First Mall should not tolerate shops that provide incorrect product information and effectively defraud customers.

I expect The First Mall management to investigate this retailer, enforce proper controls, and ensure that customers are protected from misleading sales practices.

This experience seriously damages the credibility of the mall.

The mall is next to the Four Seasons Hotel. The mall is not big. Not enough shopping stores but it is beautiful inside. It looks expensive and classy inside, securities are everywhere. We only went to the orange branch and then had coffee, then left. I don’t see myself coming back here though, unless I need to go back to the orange branch here then I will go.

Most of the shops closed. The remaining ones are not enough for a good shopping experience. The mall has a big place in the center for drinks and eating with good quality of food but very expensive. The blue ceiling with clouds gives the place a unique atmosphere. Service is not good

Upscale mall geared toward westerners. Decent selection of stores for visitors and locals. There is an ATM and staffed bank branch.

Clothing for men, women, and children in western style and some Egyptian. Several stores selling jewelry, eyewear, accessories, gifts, and watches.

    Prices reflect the higher-end merchandise.

Service and food at the restaurant on the main floor are excellent. Not fine dining but good quality by caring, attentive people.
