Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, and I can’t complete the reconciliation paperwork procedures. One day I was told to come back tomorrow because the payment was already in the bank, and the next day I went to the council and was told to come back tomorrow because the employee was on assignment to the governorate. I went a third time, and I’m leaving work for the third time, and they told me to come back tomorrow for the fourth time because the system is down. All of this goes against the state’s directives to legalize the status of violators.
