I didn’t like the way the guy there, who’s supposed to be a respectable representative for beIN, was handling it. I told him the device costs 1700 on the website, and the call center confirmed it, but he said, “No, we’ve programmed and configured it, and it’s 1800.” What if, sir, I don’t want anyone to open the device before me? What’s the difference between it and a used one? That was a case I had with the guy.
