Excellent service and a very well-organized place. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere feels premium without being pretentious. One of my favorite nightlife spots in Cairo.

You have to pay in advance, in the end of the day they won’t let me know how much I have left in my balance as they take a minimum charge of 3k / person.
I asked for the receipt but the waiter just didn’t bring it.
Service is very poor and very slow.. You would have to ask multiple times to be served.
Body guards are taking up most of the space…as they walk around for no reason.
It was my first time there and I am pretty sure it will be my last.. Over priced under developed place.

Disappointing experience regarding the pricing. We were a group of 4 and encountered many hidden charges upon receiving the bill, none of which were listed on the menu.
Management should consider an entrance fee instead of adding unexpected costs at the end.
It’s important for customers to have a clear idea of the total cost from the start.

The place is good for dates/hangouts. It’s a bit pricy as you can expect from this category of places.
The service was fine, not too fast, not too slow, but overall friendly. The food was good, and the portions were reasonable. The menu was a bit limited, and unfortunately, no desserts were available to order.
The views on the nile were spot on. But the selection of music was a mood killer. And to top it up, the A.Cs were not fully running on a hot, humid summer night.
For 1000 L.E. per person, you can get similar or better experience in other places.. so my overall rating is 8/10
