Great pool area with a high level of service. Really tasty food (although a more limited menu). Friendly and very accommodating staff. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Tends to be popular with children staying at the hotel which can be a little annoying, but that is the nature of a pool area. Pro tip, supplement your time in the pool with the cold plunge or steam in the spa locker rooms for a more holistic experience.

Unfortunately it feels like if you left the Four Season and went to 2 stars hotel, the pool isn’t appealing at all, and the area around it isn’t clean at all, service is very slow and as if they don’t care about guests at all they don’t even apologize when you ask them to speed up I don’t think straw requires 15 minutes to be served, in addition no way to chill with kids yelling all over the place and jumping with their shoes with no directions or rules
I gave them 1 star just because of the food and drinks

I’ve been there 3 times. It’s a place with a great view but without standards…Sometimes clean sometimes no sometimes the staff is very helpful sometimes they ignore you completely and the same about the food, not always as it should be…
