I am writing this review to express my outrage regarding the unacceptable treatment my guest received at your venue. I paid a 10,000 EGP reservation fee, yet the experience was a total disaster due to your staff’s behavior.
After I left due to another commitment, my friend remained at the table. When he returned from the restroom, a bald guy blocked his entry and rudely ordered him to leave, claiming he wasn’t allowed to stay since ‘his friends had already left.’ This is completely illogical as the table was fully prepaid.
To make matters worse, they then used his attire (Galabeya) as an excuse to deny him entry. It is important to note that no dress code policy was shared with me via WhatsApp during the booking process. Furthermore, he was cleared by the entrance staff upon arrival without any issues, making this sudden enforcement both contradictory and insulting.
Treating a paying customer this way is disgraceful. I expect a formal apology and a partial refund for the ruined evening and the harassment my guest faced
