Worst place you could ever go to. Horrible customer experience and horrible service. My mom had done pedicure and the lady cut her and it was horrible. For my hard gel remover the technician used the drill although I kept insisting that I didn’t want to remove the gel that way but he still used it on my nails and literally created texture and holes in them. I send them a picture of them on WhatsApp and the owner didn’t even bother to call and apologize. Dont go there unless you want to ruin your nails. If i could give them a rating less than one start i would.

I called before going and asked for the price of the service I wanted and they changed the price twice when i went there, the staff was overwhelming friendly and not in a nice way and one of em kept complaining about everyone that works there, all I wanted was a simple almond shaped ombré and i left with with teeth looking nails and they overcharged me for it and when i told them u told me a different price otp the kept saying u stayed in Egypt for to long as a joke.
And they kept offering me hair relaxer products for my perfectly curled hair
Also one of the nail tech didn’t know how to do a simple French and turns out she just started learning and they actually let her work on clients and charge them based on where u from or how u look ..
the teeth they put on my hands didn’t even last a week
