I’ve been coming here for a long time and I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Every single experience has been amazing from start to finish. The team is incredibly talented, professional, welcoming, and always makes me feel so comfortable and taken care of.
I love getting my nails done here.. they always come out perfect and exactly how I want them. Their facials are so relaxing and leave my skin glowing every time, and my eyelashes always look absolutely beautiful. You can really tell how much care and attention they put into everything they do.
The service is consistently outstanding, the atmosphere is lovely, and everyone here is so kind and skilled at what they do. It’s honestly one of my favorite places to treat myself because I know I’ll always leave feeling happy and confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing beauty services and genuinely exceptional people!

The reason I chose to go here was because of the good reviews. But I had a very bad experience. I was there for more than 4 hours!! I went to get a few services done I ended up with one and a half and I wasn’t satisfied with anything. I was told everything should take about 1 hour 30 mins.
One of the things I asked for was a TRIM and I repeated over and over please only cut a little off the ends I don’t want much at all. No joke the stylist cut about a third of my hair, she cut sooo much and basically all my dyed parts. It was a grown out but lovely balayage before. I literally sobbed when I got home.
I wanted to get a TRIM but ended up with about 5 inches chopped off. Wanted a wash and style (didn’t get) Wanted to get my legs and arms waxed only got half my legs and it was a poor job lots of hair left. Wanted to get my face threaded (didn’t get) and a lash lift (which I was informed to be unsafe during pregnancy so I left it) I was honestly there for more than 4 hours and I had to go most of the time I was just waiting around. Personally I would not recommend
When I called after to enquire about the price I payed because it didn’t match with the price I was quoted over the phone and to inform them that I was unsatisfied with the cut. First call they ended it as I was mid sentence. And the second time I was told my voice was cutting then they ended the call as I was saying to give me a second while I change my location.
Very upset with the whole experience. Everytime I see my hair I get soo upset all over again.

Absolute disaster! I will never go back to this place. The tools in the salon are not sterile and the products are dirty. I had an appointment for a HYBRID nail polish manicure, but what did we get was an unsightly, undurable and unprofessionally done manicure. But that’s not the worst! The second person had an appointment for a gel + hybrid manicure, but unfortunately (or fortunately) I had to cancel the service. The lady performing the service is very ungentle, the milling machine was turned on at maximum power and very firmly pressed against the nail. It was a very painful and unpleasant experience. The manicurist probably held a file in her hand for the first time and was unfamiliar with her own equipment. I asked for a square shape (It was even shown on the poster that I specifically asked for this shape) and I received a coffin shape. Additionally, one of the two ladies did not even bother to put on gloves. Going for regular nail treatments I had the impression that I had more knowledge about doing them than the lady performing the service herself. Tempted by good reviews, prices and supposedly “European staff” I decided to go to this place, but I will never come back. If you are looking for a professional manicure, i.e. simply a well-done service, sterilized tools, a painless process and nice staff, you definitely won’t find it here. Best regards and definitely do not recommend this place. P.S. To the ladies from the salon, the milling machine jams because it is clogged 🙂
