I had an extremely disappointing experience and would not recommend this salon.

From the start, the receptionists were incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful. They messed up my appointment not once, but twice, making the entire process frustrating before I had even arrived.

I specifically requested a certain nail technician, but instead I was booked with Habiba without my consent. Unfortunately, the service was far below expectations. I asked for hard gel, but she applied soft gel instead. I requested an oval shape, but my nails were done almond-shaped. I also asked for pink chrome, but instead she applied a pink base with chrome on top, which was completely different from what I wanted. Despite all of this, I was charged EGP 2,000.

Only a few days later, the set began breaking. I returned to have it fixed with Farah (Habiba’s sister), but the repair was just as disappointing. The nails didn’t match the original shape, length, or color, and when she finished, she threw the nail file aside and walked away without saying a word. When I politely explained that the result wasn’t what I had requested, the manager apologized and assured me they would provide a completely new set with another technician at no charge.

However, things only got worse. Farah went around telling other technicians that I had insulted their work and claimed it was bad—which I never did. She even told them not to take me as a client. One of the technicians personally informed me of what Farah had been saying. The situation escalated into staff members shouting at each other in the middle of the salon, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.

After I finally received the replacement set—which the manager had explicitly stated would be complimentary—they attempted to charge me EGP 1,700. When I refused, explaining that I had been promised a free replacement because of the previous mistakes, they still insisted I pay EGP 1,200 for the gel polish and French design.

Throughout this entire experience, the receptionists remained rude and dismissive, and although the manager tried to smooth things over, no real action was taken to address the staff’s behavior or the repeated mistakes.

Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work were extremely disappointing. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated after multiple appointments, repeated mistakes, and being charged despite promises made by management. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I went in for a gel removal and that was definitely the best, most effective removal I’ve had done in Egypt. I could even tell the drill machine was high quality as it was never uncomfortable and heavy. The service also came with a hand scrub which exceeded my expectations. My technician was skilled and sweet. She quickly filed off the product without the drill bit touching my skin which I really appreciated. The salon is really nice and calming.

I do wish they offered water for free, but u have to pay:( also it seemed like the manager was confronting her employees a bit aggressively in the salon, which is not the best, but apart that, very nice experience 🤍 would come again.

I did my pedicure at this center and it was such a lovely experience! The place is beautiful, the hospitality is amazing, and you can really feel how all the girls work together as one team. A special thanks to Iman she is so kind, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her and this center! 🌸✨
