it was the worst place i ever went to.
the girl who did my nails was awfully rude and disrespectful. she decided for me what MY base color should be and started applying it without asking. they were so uneven from the edges and crooked overall. when i told her i didn’t like my nails she spoke in a very rude manner. the brush she used fell on the floor and she continued using it without sanitizing. the nail polish was directly placed on the dirty table before applying on my nails. extremely overpriced for the awful service. i paid 700 for the worst red french tips.

Had an appointment today the staff was nice but the inspirational photo had absolutely no relation to what I’ve received at the end but after my complain reached the management the owner called me herself and asked me to come in again so she can make it up to me. Went back again the next day and Honestly, this time the technician (Aya) was super nice, friendly and professional ! The owner (Menna) was very friendly and keen to make it up to me as an apology for the experience I had in my previous appointment. I loved the results and loved to see an owner who is this caring about her customer’s satisfaction. Will definitely go again inshallah 🤍
