I didn’t like the experience and the staff there

We had the worst experience ever ! We booked a stage table and arrived with our foreign friends they put us in a table that doesn’t even see the stage and we stood for long fighting finally after they changed it we received the worst service ever the waiter doesn’t respond to any requests! They didn’t bring the cake to celebrate and the place was super crowded they over booked it so everyone passing was literally hitting us and we almost got burned several times by the shisha man! We got angry and left. When we asked for the cake to leave we found out that they messed it up and it was ruined and the candle was broken !!!

This club is a joke. We brought our own bottle and only drank four Red Bulls. They charged us €40, not even in Dubai. People who try to rip people off like that should never go to this club.

I hope i can review the DJ too here, but the problem was, he was just an invitee for a night. DJ B. , he was good, but we were upset with him, for 5 times we just requested 1 song for him to play, and he keeps telling “yes”
Until they closed 6am, we waited for it and he never played it.
We were upset, you could have just tell us “no” instead of letting us expect for nothing.
The staff were so friendly and great, but not DJ B. , you can leave arrogance at home next time.

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life as a tourist in Egypt I was absolutely scammed as I had to pay five times the amount that the locals paid and in return I was seated all the way in the back in a corner far away from the stage meanwhile there were a lot of empty seats and tables in there. Medhat the guy in charge there was really rude and he didn’t even let me change my seat even tho I asked nicely to be seated near by the stage. I left annoyed and I had more than half of the minimum charge I paid which was 1500 egp out of 3000 egp and he just didn’t care at all. Highly not recommended place with very rude staff.
