I reached out to ZOUNi to make a simple reservation for three people, but was surprised when they asked me to send a screenshot of my Instagram profile. I found this request intrusive and unprofessional, especially with no explanation provided. A restaurant should be focused on customer service, not social media appearances. I hope they reconsider their reservation policies to make the experience more inclusive and respectful for all guests.

This review belongs to Zouni CLST at Sheikh Zayed.
For those who are not familiar with CLST place : it consists of 6 restaurants charing the music but each restaurant/bar has his own menu, staff, billing system…. Ect…
CLST is in general very nice and the crowd is very good.
But when it comes to Zouni, I would never repeat the experience again. For sure I will go to CLST but definitely another bar.
Started chasing the waiter to place the order for the food at 11:00 pm. And after several attempts even with the Manager Mr. Ahmed, I succeeded to place the order a bit before 12:00 am ( asking for Sushi & plate of Carrots ).
At 1:00 am, I started asking about the food and a lot of promises from everyone. Kept waiting till 2:00 am and the Sushi was NOT served and the carrots arrived at 1:45 am.
I asked for my bill and left after paying for the Bouchon, 3 bottles of water and the Carrots plate.
2 hours and the food was not served !!!
Mr. Ahmed the manager is a polite, decent man, but I don’t think he is capable to run such night outlet, based on my experience in that.
Mr. Hosny ( I don’t know his title ), is a good, polite guy, but seems he has no power.
in short, the service is terrible and felt like I am dealing with casual staff !!
Note : No main dish can be served at night !!
