Madinaty branch the girls are amazing. Super nice, friendly and patient. Moroccan bath with Seham is highly recommended. She’s so passionate about what she does. Hala is lovely and very hospitable.

I’ve been a customer of this salon for a long time, which is why writing this review is disappointing.
I found one technician who consistently does an excellent basic manicure and pedicure, and she is the main reason I continued coming back. Unfortunately, the overall experience has steadily declined.
I would not recommend gel manicures here. In my experience, excessive filing is used during the process, which left my natural nails thin, weak, and brittle.
My biggest issue is the constant price increases. During my most recent visit, I was charged 870 EGP for a basic manicure and pedicure. As a long-time customer, I was shocked by the price. While I understand that costs can increase, the quality of service has not improved alongside the prices.
What frustrates me most is that customer loyalty does not seem to be valued. Long-term clients are expected to accept repeated price increases without any noticeable improvement in service, products, or overall experience.
Aside from the one technician I trust, I have found most of the services to be average. At the current prices, there are many other salons that offer comparable or better quality for less money.
After years of being a customer, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

That makes the third complaint with Zinails.. I definitely question the quality of the materials used.. they’re so expensive when this is what I get.. also on the first time I went to fix my toes (after the first complaint), they first asked me to pay for the other foot if they’ll redo the whole thing!!!! They later said it’s okay not to pay JUST BECAUSE the colour was no longer available and they had to match both feet with a different colour….
I specifically want to mention how many of the technicians would be working while on the phone with no attention to the client, mine left me several times while working.. Also, it is great when they’re friendly and initiate a chat but totally not fine when friendliness turns into being silly or rude..

A bit on the pricey side, but the service and customer care are excellent. The place is clean, smells great, and has massage chairs with light music in the background, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Every time I go, I feel amazing and well taken care of, and I always leave feeling pampered.
