The worst experience in my life, and they damaged my nails totally, I can’t even do it for a week after the damage . The owner and the staff have no experience in nails at all , and they want to charge me the full price for new set gull nails with only gull polish, never recommend, I lost 3 hours of my day for nothing.

I loved the people first and foremost.
Im mostly in love with the staff tbh. The prices are okay; but technical wise i think there could be alittle bit more improvement and i love that all the technicians listen and tried to make their best. They tried to finish me fast. But theres only one machine for gel removal.
Which i had to pay for because i didn’t put any gel on, which is understandable but i simply had a big bill and that could have been taken off because my nails were super broken like theres no room to put anything on them.
The pedicure was nice hut the girl didnt spend 1 min massaging feet which is the most important part in my opinion about getting a paddy, but i did see here massage a woman’s foot for 15 mins “maybe shes paying for it, but would have appreciated the gesture of 2 mins maybe”
I did the gel treatment w/ manicure
Half leg wax
Eyebrows and mustache
And a pedicure
Plus the removal that wasn’t even there cause my toes were literally broken and it was the nails nails that grew. I was late so i couldn’t argue about those extra 75 pounds.
Overall i loved the staff more than anything

The place is very nice but the nail gel I had was gone in few days but the staff are friendly the place is nice and please stop using the weird thing y’all use when you dry the nails cuz it keeps it hairy and the most important thing which made me rate 2 stars is the letting the costumer wait for a long time…I had specific time but had to wait for like 35 more minutes
