Worst place and worst service ever. I booked a table and when I went there, they won’t let me in saying there’s no reservation. I call them from the same number they don’t answer, I call from a different number they answered and said the manager will come and let the security let you in. I waited for 15 mins!! And nobody showed up, and I called them back for more than 5 times, they don’t answer !!!

I am woman tourist in Egypt. I have never seen more ugly attitude like from staff in Clastr, especially Pub 28 👎 All evening long all waiters were looking at us with very disgusting face expressions and treated bad and served like zombies, extremely slowly and unprofessionally.
Besides this, they were treating all men totally different, polite, friendly and respectful.
It’s a very low class cheap place with no good vibes and ugly atmosphere. I adore Cairo and love many places, but this is disaster.
