I had an amazing experience at La Erazza Bar. Everything about this place was excellent—from the atmosphere to the overall service.
The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I accidentally forgot my bag in the hall, and they immediately assisted me in finding it, which I truly appreciated.
A special thank you to Habiba from the staff—she was exceptionally kind and supportive, and made my experience even better with her positive attitude and willingness to help.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Egypt. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again!

As an introvert Brit it’s very against my nature to complain but I feel inclined to leave a review for some balance. I think I must’ve been unlucky today with this restaurant. The music was too loud for conversation but there were others in the bar area who were definitely appreciative. In terms of food…I ordered the beef carpaccio, it took a while to arrive and when it did it was literally 100% frozen (straight from the freezer) and therefore inedible and stuck to the plate. I think a staff member realised what had happened very quickly took the plate away. Although it soon was apparent that their plan was to microwave it and send it back. So still inedible. Surprised that the staff didn’t even acknowledge it, let alone apologise or remove it from the bill. The pizzas were not to our taste, but we were at an Italian restaurant in Egypt so can’t really complain about that. Hummus and bread was nice. Not sure what it would take for me to complain but I paid the full bill and boldly didn’t tip! 🤣

This place was spectacular! We especially loved La Terazza and you must ask for Karim! Wonderful soul who educated us with some of the language and the best food! Room extra care of us which means a lot when you’re traveling! Highly recommend the restaurant and of course ask for Karim!

There was a large variety of items to choose from. However, some of what we ordered was not as described and had items missing. For example the caprese salad with eggplant did not have any eggplant. In the cannelloni, it was a tortilla of some sort and not pasta. They were out of dessert when we were there. There were several servers trying to help us which caused confusion. There was also VERY loud music throughout the whole meal making it difficult to even hear the person at your table and have a conversation.
