Very disappointing experience. We booked a VIP table, paid in full, and after about an hour from our arrival, the staff came without any prior notice or permission and started removing chairs. Then they decided on their own to move us to another table.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to offer VIP service. There was no respect for the customer, no proper explanation, and no apology. It’s clear that the management lacks professionalism and does not understand how to treat paying guests.
I refused this situation and left the venue immediately. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respect and proper service.

Reception team is very respectful and decent, even though they insisted to make the full payment before we dine in (An action that I don’t like), service team around VIP area is decent and disciplined actually especially “Abanoub”.
I’ve paid 2000 LE for 2 persons (inclusive nothing but entry 🤷🏻♂️), even though they said ladies will be having free entry before 12:00 AM midnight, as I was there before midnight but they still have charged me full capacity for all of guests.
Drinks are way too expensive and exaggerated as we have ordered nothing almost but 2 drinks and water, finding myself required to pay more than 1000 LE regardless of what I’ve paid initially! In addition they enforce to collect the payment with each and every drink they provide you with, which is very disturbing and unprofessional frankly speaking.
Air-conditioning wasn’t working at all during the whole night as we needed to go out in order to grab a fresh breathes then get in again! Non-working AC shocking environment enforced us to leave after 1 hour & half maximum!! 🥵
Atmosphere is cool, location and view is awesome, service and reception are incredible! The financial policy isn’t a growing-customer one at all!
Music is too loud, noisy, not spatial-surrounding advanced equipments at all, it it really was hurtful to the ears and head 🤯😓
Parking valet has charged us 200 LE for a self-parking fee, which is definitely too much to pay for a parking lot!!
I don’t think so I’ll be there anytime soon or I’ll repeat it again! As value for money is null.

Bodah’s habit of making a big deal out of minor issues is troubling. This approach risks losing valuable customers, which is detrimental to the restaurant’s reputation and success. It’s crucial to prioritize customer retention and address concerns constructively.

Other than the belly dancers that they get, there’s no reason to be in this place.
Slow service, don’t even think of ordering cocktails as they all taste terrible.
Double check on the bill as you can easily find mistakes.
