I sent my dog to this place in beverly hills for a shower, i did not ask for a haircut or even a trim. They returned my dog with his hair shaved and told me it was tangled. This is completely unacceptable to take an action like this without calling to ask me beforehand. I will never come here again. This is my dog before and after.

I waited 2 weeks for the order to arrive and at the end it arrived missing items, almost half of the order missing even tho they charged me full, and no proper service to help or answer my request.

My order was missing one wet food pouch. Although it’s possible the courier delivered the box in such poor condition that a pouch could easily slip out, it’s been four days and they’ve given me void promises and apologies for a simple refund of 50 EGP. They’ve lost a customer and aren’t up to their words or actions. I had an issue with them last year too, for delivering the wrong flavour of wet food, which despite all their promises they didn’t solve. This is my second time dealing with them and definitely the last. They don’t care.

They’re scammers, ordered online and they delivered the lowest quality electric shaver. I asked for a refund and after they got it back they texted me saying it had an issue (small crack) and nobody used it aslan, it was handed to the delivery in the same status I received it in.
They never sent me the money or the item back and they never even got back to me with a final solution, they just left me hanging there apart from the fact that it took them a month to actually send someone to take it.
Never dealing with them again
