This place is truly great! Caring and wonderful staff, especially Dr Alyaa and Dr Mahmoud they were incredibly helpful with my cat that was very sick and always came back to me with advice and support when I needed extra knowledge of anything.

I bought NexGard 25-50kg tablet for dogs for EGP 950, only to find out that it is sold for as low as EGP 650 elsewhere. Very unhappy and will not do business with this place again.

I had a wonderful experience at this pet shop! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to highlight Dr. Mahmoud, the vet. He was not only informative but also friendly, honest, and humble. It’s clear that he truly cares about the pets and their owners.

Smell was unpleasant…
v expensive prices…same products available online much cheaper. Maybe they have fish products variety but not cats. What’s there is everywhere even cheaper!
