I went for the pet supplies. Didn’t try the grooming or vet services. It’s a good store with good quality brands. I wish there was more variety.

They sold me a used cat toy that should have been new. I placed an order online for the Naomi cat tunnel with the ladybug design. The one with the little box attached. They delivered an open and used product. It was dusty inside and had a strong perfume smell. I had to rinse it out and wring it out, but that’s when I noticed soap duds coming from the product. Apparently, soap was making the smell. Also, having to wash it left it with wrinkles all over it. Pretty horrible experience as a first-time customer. The product was already put together and squeezed into a grocery bag, no manufacturing wrapper on it. They actually sold me a used cat product. There are some tiny holes on the bottom of the cat house/box. Probably from another cat’s claws. I can’t see myself shopping here again in the future. I wish I had gotten it somewhere else. I’ve already found several other shops selling the same item.

The vets over there are unprofessional and was about to kill me cat!
When a spoke with the vet there respectfully about the case he told me to NOT WASTE HIS TIME!!!!! But it was totally fine if i Lost my precious cat for them SHAME ON YOU!
