The smell is disgusting it can be smelled from a long distance and the ground was full of pee and poop

The owner was extremely rude and lier, often responding with attacks and false statements instead of providing honest information. She doesn’t seem to respect people who ask any information, and I find no reason for that. The smell is overwhelming and can be detected from a loooong distance. If the shelter claims to offer care and adoption for dogs, then the owner should at least RESPECT people and act professionally and that’s the baaaare minimum!!

We adopted two beautiful dogs from Mira.
She is doing outstanding and hard work to save as many dogs as possible, constantly finding them on the streets, abandoned by their owners, working hard to get them adopted 🥺. The negative comments here seem deceitful and dishonest. Mira loves the dogs, which is clearly evident.

Horrible owner, she doesn’t have decent manners while dealing with humans, only god knows how she deals with dogs. Completely terrible. Such a disheartening experience.
EDIT: not only she shouts and talks rudely on the phone when asked about the “visit hours” she claims they exist after being left out on the street for an hour waiting for someone to appear and when the man came out he gave us HIS telephone to call her because apparently she only answers her employees! She doesnt answer her fb messenger, she doesnt answer the phone and the worst of all, she is now lying! Anyone who writes a bad review about the place, she just calls him a breeder, like she did with me. People like her shouldn’t be trusted with animals. I’ve been to other shelters, I’ve dealt with many rescuers, but I’ve never seen someone as terrible. Shame on you.
To make it clear to anyone who reads this review: I dont know about the place inside, I dont know how the animals are treated, and I’m not making any claims. I am writing about my horrendous experience with her as a shelter owner and supposedly a rescuer.
