I had an excellent experience with Pets Mall boarding service. My GS dog Chester stayed there for 2 months.
Special thanks to Passant who has been following up with me from day one and she made sure that Chester took his periodic medications during this long stay.
And shoutout to Malak, the dog caretaker. Every time I go with Chester to Pets Mall to buy food and he sees her, he gets extremely happy and runs to hug her. That alone reflects how well she took care of him and how much love and attention she gave him.
Let alone that i received Chester so happy, energetic, cleaned and groomed. Another shoutout to the grooming service!
