    This clinic is incredibly neglected.

The doctor who was there didn’t even clean the examination table before the examination. The entire wall is covered in animal scratches and stains; I don’t know what they’re from.

My cat got her quadrivalent vaccination there, and the next day her condition deteriorated. Her back is still swollen, and I’ve spent nearly 5000 Egyptian pounds on her treatment, and she’s still sick. May God hold them accountable.

Don’t ever deal with them, and I’m not using any offensive language.

I absolutely do not recommend that anyone who wants to protect their pet ever deal with them.

Unfortunately, it’s not the best place for a pet to have surgery; the equipment isn’t sterile, and the place isn’t good.

Dr. Lamis is truly excellent, incredibly kind, and very conscientious. I have a problem with my dog’s eye, and she’s the only one who could diagnose it correctly. Honestly, her skill, integrity, and kindness are unmatched.

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, and I don’t recommend it at all.
My cat contracted an infection two days after the spay/neuter procedure. They said the infection came from me, even though the living conditions were awful and the crates weren’t sterilized or clean. On the fourth day, the vets couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my cat and kept asking me why it happened. Then the vet who owned the clinic said it was just a cold, and the wrong medication caused a stomach ulcer, kidney and liver failure, and it took eight days. I took it to another clinic, but it was too late. Those were the worst nine days we went through, and they still didn’t know what was wrong with it other than a slight cold.
