Mahmoud cut my dog’s hair terribly. He was aggressive, unprofessional and inpatient. He was shouting to my dog, although it was the first time to groom her whole body. I didn’t like it at all. He trimmed her 2 back legs to the skin and left all her body with hair. She looked funny. I really hate it and I will never go back. I gave him 2 stars for punctuality and cleanliness.

The best place for pets I have ever used. They are honest, clean & vey professional. I really recommend it for everyone. I can’t imagine how much fur came out of my dog & he looks cute now. Normally when I send him to have a hair cut, it ends up with an ugly shape but this time was so different. It was the best experience.

Brought a rescued Persian cat who hadn’t been groomed in months and badly needed a bath. It was a clean and professional setting, and Mahmoud gave her a thorough yet gentle bath, hair cut, ear cleaning, nail trim—the works! Will be returning, seemed to love animals and did good work.

Took my golden retriever there for a bath and hair trim. Excellent service. Very clean and my dog looked like a million bucks afterwards. The only issue is that it takes so long for them to bathe and trim the animals. It took them nearly 3 hours to wash and trim my dog. It’s cheap and clean and they take great care of the animals.
