I was there today, I was shocked by the poor service. Before the appointment, I called to reserve for a full grooming and to cut the fingernails…the cutting machine’s blades were not really sharp and the puppy (first time cut ) was suffering… I was holding him and no one was assisting with a small gesture and after i asked the person to stop everything and I left …TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NOT RECOMMENDED …

Since the esteemed pet valley clinic deemed my response to be a “random negative rating” – A response that reflects their clueless assumption(s) on what happens inside their clinics, instead they run on a defense pattern to fiercely stand against any review that will not appeal to them.
I took my cat for a very random blood check, the results came out, and the Veteran didn’t identify a clear cut indicator underlying a serious condition, which left my cat in a severe state of dehydration, what seemingly looked like food strike and I was losing her with each passing day. Whenever I went back for his advice he would say “betdla3” just leave her until she starts eating. Upon another visit to a better pet clinic, they identified the underlining issue by checking the same blood tests and running an ultrasound accordingly, as her blood tests called for it. The other clinic saved my cat’s life, while yours, is just running on automated responses to blindly defend unprofessionalism with empty medical advices.
I hope my rating is not so “random” now.
