I had an extremely disappointing experience with PetsEgypt. Their customer service is absolutely terrible—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. It’s clear that they don’t value their customers at all.I will never shop from them again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. There are many other pet stores that actually care about their customers and provide proper service. Avoid Pets Egypt if you don’t want to deal with frustration and bad treatment!

They confirmed the date for my pet’s medicine delivery through online order from the their website but 2 days later, I am still awaiting the delivery or update from them. Luckily it is not a super urgent medication!!!
They emailed me after 2 days that they can’t reach my phone but I was communicating with them on WhatsApp during this entire process asking for update on delivery. So it’s a little surprising.
Please improve your delivery/follow up procedure.

Rely on Pets Egypt for my pets needs in terms of dry food for cats & dogs, cat litter, anti-flea solutions, deworming tablets, they have a large variety with best prices sometimes going to the store, but mostly delivery which is very reliable and not just for Cairo but other governorates when needed

The store is a bit hard to spot and the location on map is wrong, i will try to fix it.
It on the side of the church. There is a stationary called El-Batool. The store located in the alley next to it. Check the photos for better explanation.
The store is small but has a lot of products for cats and dogs. Staff are super friendly.

Where i go to get my cat supplies. Nice place and most importantly they don’t sell and trade with animals. A big respect to that
