Such a lovely place! Honestly, it was my first time ever leaving my cats somewhere, but the experience was very comfortable. They took great care of them, kept me updated regularly, and always did what was best for them. It’s an amazing place, very safe, and there are doctors over the day to watch the cats
I left my cats for 5 days there, it was my first time leaving them and the doctors were very understanding and kept sending me videos, pictures, and answering me all over the day everyday!
I am so thankful for them, specially Dr Nada, she is an amazing person ❤️

If you love your cat and care about it then you MUST NOT leave it in this horrible and unprofessional place that doesn’t put the cats in separate cages. I deeply regret leaving my cat there for 6 DAYS (and they are not even cheap) to take her back bitten by a cat and have gotten an infection that is hard to treat unless it needs an operation to be removed. And for your cat’s sake don’t leave it in the British animal hospital-cat center, all they care about is their reputation and they might even delete this review because I told the truth.

Dr. Bishoy is truly exceptional. The absolute kindness, professionalism, and care for the cats are above and beyond any other Cat Boarding clinic/hospital in Egypt.
The facilities are top-notch, providing a cozy and stimulating environment. Regular updates and photos during my cat’s stay were a thoughtful touch. Thank you, Dr. Bishoy, for taking such wonderful care of my furry friend! 🙏🏼❤️
