Bad parking good service

called me 30 minutes after ordering saying we’re out off zone + heard him cursing the order itself

I used to groom and shower my 4 pets there until they have decided to change the groomer named Chris who worked there previously and i was left with two arrogant and ignorant groomers, Idris and someone else, who are very aggressive, inpolite, and inexperienced. I spent three and half hours grooming my mini dog and cat and ended up with my cat severely Hurt and wounded. Let alone the dog who was very very distressed of pain and malhandling. At the end of the day, that was the worst grooming experience i have ever encountered and i will never step in that place again and will make sure the same goes for my friends. If I would be able to show pictures i wouldn’t hesitate to share the cat’s wound for others.
