I have bought an order from them and ordered a toy i received it broken i have been trying to return it and get a refund for 3 days now without a resolution. Although it is their problem and they should be resolving the issue instead it feels like i am running after them to reach something. I do not recommend buying from them as they won’t be accountable or give you back the money.
