Left my dog during Eid vacation for few days and was told that the dogs are alone from midnight till 10 am when they reopen
But during Eid all are in vacation only an office boy coming for 1 hour to change pads and fill food and water

Dr. Abdel Rahman at Rafiki Golden One Square Mall who was on a night shift saved my dog’s life before he leaves from the shift and even stayed a lot longer to make sure he diagnosed the case correctly and gave the proper treatment protocol to other Rafiki’s doctors who also are very professional and took very good care of my dog for all most one week of boarding. Not to mention the follow-ups are very professional and timely. All Rafiki’s Team take very good care of the hygiene and are very professional Doctors and Team. Thank you for saving our pets every time we come with a critics case.

Our experience with Dr Mohamed and his staff has been phenomenal. Clean facilities, friendly and accommodating staff and above all, they truly care about your pets’ well being. I have 2 older dogs and the care and support we are receiving is absolutely amazing and I know without a doubt that they are in good hands.
