Merhaba— This is the second time Rumi my cat has come to PetLogic that first time for sterilization and a short stay and most recently for two weeks when I was out of the country. The people are kind, very open for suggestions to personalize services for animals, too. Since cats are complicated Dr. Ibrahim has ensured that Rumi will be spoiled by the workers. I really appreciate this openness as there is a trust when we leave our tiny precious family members with others. As an advice for future customers and animals that have extended stays, leave their treats, a stuffed animal with ur scent and favorite toys, as it makes the transition easier.

I love the place there hospitality i always feel safe that i am getting the best care for my pets i also trust doctor ibrahim so much i have been going to him with my pets or rescues for like 8 years now he always listens and cares deeply for the pets as if they are his own. and if if its something diffcult he knows how to tailor and get creative. Also there emergency is also above and beyond. Furthermore, he doesn’t extort your money like most pet vets in cairo
