Very helpful and kind crew and their prices are affordable, what I didn’t like is the smell which needs some efforts from the team.

I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent care my two cats received while I was away on holiday. Both of them were unwell and needed medical attention, and knowing they were in such caring and professional hands gave me real peace of mind.
You can immediately tell that they truly care about animals and treat them with kindness, patience, and expertise. The communication was great, I felt updated and reassured, and both cats were looked after with real compassion.

One of the few places I would rate it higher than 5 stars! We have been going to the clinic for years for our dogs, cats and also helping stray animals. Most recently my 6 year old cat was sick and everyone recommended surgery after he stopped eating, drinking and lost energy. Dr. Aya and the team suggested that they will wait, look after him every day, feed him IVs and daily medication until he fully recovered a week later. They update me twice a day when he was boarding, gave me details on his energy levels and even check on him after he returned home. I can tell he felt loved and taken care of 🙂 If you’re looking for genuine, honest and non-commercial services and opinions, please pay them a visit!

I couldn’t leave my dog anywhere, friends strongly suggested Lucky Pet Vet Clinic. I was anxious and crying on leaving my Lacy but the people there were so friendly and made us feel at ease. Dr. Aya and Ms. Nada frequently contacted us about Lacy’s meals what she ate and what she didn’t. Daily Videos of Lacy were sent to us during her stay there. Every note was taken into consideration. Lacy was groomed, showered, and freshened up before we took her, and we are grateful.
We are pleased with the experience, and we are going to repeat it.
