I visited Ultra Vet Clinic today, and it’s truly an amazing and hygienic place. Very clean, and the staff are so supportive. Miss Shimaa is very kind and helpful. Dr. Nadia was amazing and professional, and so was Dr. Marwan. The grooming team delivered perfect service. I found all the supplements and vaccines I needed, and my pet received excellent care. Highly recommended.

Used to really like the place but a disappointing experience where my dog was screaming in pain and the receptionist refused to let the dr check him out as it was a minute before they had to leave, so its basically a business for them with zero humanity or whatsoever. We later on called to inform about the receptionist inhumane behavior, no one followed up or cared which is another reason to never visit this vet ever again or recommend. Her name was Dina she literally gave us her back and told us to head to a different vet, such a shame innocent animals are to be subjected to this heartless behavior

Honestly, this is the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to! The place is super clean and gives such a comforting, positive vibe. They have everything your pet might need — blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound — all done with great care and professionalism. The doctors are very skilled and always take their time to diagnose properly instead of doing things randomly. I’ve had many experiences with them, and every time they prove that they’re truly the best
