I’m extremely picky when it comes to doctors for my cats as they’re family to me. After researching clinics in Maadi and seeing Rafiki Vets highly recommended, I decided to give them a try… and they did not disappoint.
They handled my very aggressive female cat with absolute professionalism and care. Somehow, they managed to keep her as calm as she could possibly be, which says a lot. Their patience, confidence, and gentle approach truly stood out.
I’m especially grateful to Dr. Iriny for taking such good care of my cats. I finally feel at ease knowing they’re in the right hands. Truly thankful.

For years, I have entrusted my rabbits to the care of Dr. Mark and Rafiki, and every visit confirms their professionalism and passion. My rabbits were imported from Italy, and I know how hard it is to find a veterinarian truly specialized in these little animals. Dr. Mark is not only highly skilled but also exceptionally gentle and attentive, taking the time to interact with animals and make them feel at ease.
One of my favorite memories is seeing Dr. Mark sit on the floor to play with my rabbit during a visit—a simple gesture that speaks volumes about someone who truly loves their work. Rafiki is also wonderful and always creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
Whether it’s the Maadi or New Cairo clinic, the level of care and dedication is always outstanding. Thank you from the heart for everything you do for us and for our little friends.

The clinic is very organized. Everyone in the clinic is decent and polite. Your pet will receive excellent medical service if you hit into one of their senior and more experienced doctors. If you are not lucky enough and your pet was managed by one of the junior doctors, medical outcomes wouldn’t be the best. Which is a big issue for me, when a medical institution isn’t following clear guidelines or not investing in training/supervising their junior doctors. Due to inaccurate differential diagnosis and treatment of one of the junior doctors, my dog took double the time needed to recover and we spent 3 times what we could have spent if the doctor followed very simple guidelines.
Aside from that, it is a good, clean and organized place.

We went to Rafiki after finding an injured hoopoe and they managed to diagnose the problem and gave it the proper treatment. Dr. Mark is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and Elvis was very helpful too. Thank you for helping us save this lovely little bird. ❤️
