My dog stayed with them for 4 days at the Al-Mutamayez branch. They put her in a place with no ventilation in this heat, and she was extremely thirsty and hungry. We discovered she had a fever of 41 degrees Celsius. For me, it’s a completely unsafe place, an experience I won’t repeat, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.
