I’ve been visiting those guys for a few months now and I would ONLY recommend them if you’re willing to put up with their extremely fluctuating and expensive prices.
As I have complained to their decision makers twice about these issues, I can tell they only care to make money without paying any attention to keeping long ties with their customers or giving quality service.

My cat got killed by Dr Sherouk Nasser and I called the only response I got is 3ady (okay) I will seek all legal remedies and a complain to the Egyptian Veterinarians Syndicate is being made.Never go there unless you want cold replies and unprofessional behavior حسبي الله و نعمة الوكيلall they care about is money and Dr Sherouk you’re the model unethical unprofessional dr,you don’t deserve this title حسبي الله و نعمة الوكيل all I got as a response is “3ady”its never 3ady being this reckless and unethical knowing the cause of death and ignoring it+hanging the phone and blocking my mom’s number and mine.
