I hope anyone who has a pet they love and genuinely will do anything for them will read this and go here. As an Egyptian American, this place is above American standards. I went to a different hospital with my cat and after a few days she was getting worse so I contacted American Vet centet. They answered in the middle of the night and took her while she was critical (due to the other hospital giving her medicine that ultimately killed her). Dr. Mostafa and the technician (i didn’t get his name) did everything they could to save her right away. They were so kind and humane. They even did CPR on her when she was crashing. I am mourning the loss of my best friend but I wanted to write this review because I took her to so many vets and hospitals and they were actually the only people who did everything they could. We’re a family of doctors and they were knowledgeable medically and did everything they could to give her a chance. They were gentle on her. Gentle on us. I’m eternally thankful for everything they did. It made us feel so much more comfortable during such a traumatic and awful loss.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the American Veterinary Center for their remarkable care. Three months ago, my 16-year-old dog was in a critical condition, and the AVC team provided immediate, attentive, and compassionate medical support.
Throughout his recovery, every member of the team demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism.
I am particularly grateful to Dr. Yehia, Dr. Sarah and Dr. Hassan for managing his case during the most critical phase, and to Dr. Mostafa for his continuous follow-up and guidance. I hope I remember every single one’s names but honestly their dedication not only supported my dog’s health, but also helped me through the emotional responsibility of caring for an elderly pet.

I found a kitten in my garden with a severe infection where her face was rotting…I took her there for 2 months and now she is all healed up and I found her a home. I just wish they had nicer boarding facilities but they did give her the correct treatment. Thank you!
