The SPA is fantastic, though it could be improved by clarifying what’s included with massages. The website mentions a general “wellness package” but doesn’t specify the details. In reality, there’s a huge pool, slightly heated—better for warmer days—with both indoor and outdoor sections, and that’s included. The SPA itself is a small area downstairs with several rooms, including shower, sauna, and jacuzzi. It’s best to book it privately, because the space is so small that sharing it can be uncomfortable. For washing, towels, and other needs, the staff is always helpful. There are lockers, a hairdryer, and all kinds of beauty amenities you might need. They even offer ginger tea and small snacks—truly incredible.

I had two treatments at the Iridium Spa when when we were staying at the St Regis Hotel.
The spa is beautifully designed and maintained and the service is superb. Pre-emptive service at its best!
From the Spa front desk, throughout the treatment and within the spa and changing areas, the service was great.
I had a Pharonic massage, which was a wonderful 60 minutes massage in a quiet and lovely environment with the right level of pressure for me. The relaxation area was comfortable, with delicious ginger tea and fruits.
I loved it so much that I booked a 70 minute facial, which was equally as good.
The stand-out for me was the service – particularly in the changing room and relaxation area, provided by Wafah.

I did the day pass here, not any particular services. The facilities are beautiful and it includes the outdoor and indoor pools. I had a wonderful day.
I was very touched by the attendant at the spa named Rahma. She was so attentive and her work ethic is beyond the norm. I really hope a big company understands that it’s the staff that interacts directly with the clients, that can make an experience better or not. Rahma, made my day so much better, and with her attention to every detail it elevated the experience for me.

Lovely Spa inside the St Regis hotel. My massage with Putu was outstanding! One of the best I have ever had.
Highly professional and care taking staff who really go above and beyond to ensure each guests experience is exquisite. Wafa took such great care of me after my treatment in the sauna/ steam area. Her attention to detail was highly commendable.
Ehab on the reception ensured the booking process was seemless and even offered to call us so we could come earlier if there were any cancellations.
All in all a wonderful experience that I had to go again during our short stay.

Outstanding massage! Professional staff, top-notch facilities and modern decor make Iridium Spa a truly blissful experience.
Before our massage, we were able to use the spa facilities- sauna, shock-shower, hot tub, and ice room.
We reserved a couples deep tissue massage with Weedia and another Asian female masseuse (apologies, we cannot recall her name). They are very skilled and provided an excellent deep tissue massage. They were very aware of areas to focus on, and periodically asked about our comfort (music volume, pressure intensity, room temperature, etc.) They made us feel like royalty!
We really enjoyed the ginger tea and fresh fruit after the massage. Rania was so attentive and ensured I was well taken care of before and after the massage. She ensured I was well taken care of.
My only issue is that we were unable to directly tip our masseuses. We left a large cash gratuity with the receptionist, but we really wanted to thank them both in person.
I wanted to take more pics but I felt unusual about it. The style is magnificent and the interior is quite stunning.
