I’ve been to this center three times before, but unfortunately this last experience was not recommended at all.

The place is simply not professional and they don’t know how to handle customers properly. I tried to book an appointment and was given three incorrect appointment times, which was extremely frustrating.

I also asked if a specific therapist (I couldn’t remember her name, but I’ve been to her before) was available, and they refused to tell me who was working there. Later, management contacted me, and their response was honestly strange—they told me I don’t have the right to choose who provides my service.

To make things worse, they ended up blocking me on Instagram 😂

Very disappointing experience and not recommended at all.

We had the best experience with this place starting from the reservation up to the end of our visit. Everyone was so professional and welcoming especially Aya who was very helpful in arranging everything for us before we even arrived. The place is so clean and relaxing and the massage was exceptional. All the staff were super nice.🤍

I had an extremely good time at the spa, I was treated with the upmost respect and patience. A kind women of the name Medna (not sure if I am spelling it right) but she was extremely kind and took great care of me. I went on my birthday to relax and it was surely a great experience

I had a diamond massage and scalp massage
I would recommend
