I had a massage with them and it was great , but then today I had a very bad experience with them when I was trying to book , they wasted my time as after I gave them my details they came next day 30 minutes before the reservation time only to say its not confirmed and I will be on a waiting list !!
Their way of communicating was not nice and not professional, they didn’t even apologize for wasting my time!!

Was there with my sister for the Veny Moroccan Bath. Mona took care of me, she was wonderful. Took around 1,5 hrs from arrival to leaving. Feeling very fresh and clean. Lovely fresh juice was included in the price. Would recommend to all the ladies visiting Cairo.
